In short: we collect the contact details you give us to confirm bookings and respond to enquiries, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

Sportfit operates floodlit multi-sport venues across six locations in Bengaluru: ECC, ITPL, Whitefield, JP Nagar, Kundalahalli and Ramamurthy Nagar. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, phone/WhatsApp bookings, coaching programs, and the Sportfit App (once launched), and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Contact details — name, phone number, and email address, when you call, WhatsApp, email, or book a slot at any branch.
Booking information — branch, sport, date and time of your booking or coaching enrolment.
Coaching & membership details — for players enrolling in academy programs (e.g. Rosh Academy, Clinch, Shooterz), the information needed to register you or your child for coaching batches.
App data (once the Sportfit App launches) — account details, device information, and in-app booking or payment history.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers or financial account details through this website.

3. How we use your information

To confirm and manage your court, turf, or coaching bookings.
To contact you about your booking, schedule changes, or venue updates.
To respond to enquiries sent by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
To coordinate coaching program enrolment with our academy partners.
To improve our facilities and services.

4. Third-party services

Some bookings are made through third-party platforms we work with, including Playo (for slot booking at select branches) and Cult.fit (which currently operates Sportfit Ramamurthy Nagar). When you book through these platforms, their own privacy policies also apply to the information you provide them. Independent coaching academies operating at our venues (such as Rosh Academy, Clinch, Shooterz, Glacier, Play India, Real Madrid Football by Conscient Sports, King’s Football Academy, and Alchemy) may separately collect information for their own coaching registration — please refer to their own policies for that data.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Children’s data

Our coaching programs include batches for children. Where a child is enrolled in coaching, we collect contact information from a parent or guardian, and use it solely to coordinate that coaching program.

6. Cookies & tracking

Our website does not currently use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

7. Data retention & security

We retain your contact and booking information only as long as needed to provide our services and respond to your enquiries, or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. See our Account Deletion page for how to request this.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, including as the Sportfit App launches and evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
