Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sportfit’s venues, bookings, and (once launched) the Sportfit App, across all six Bengaluru branches. By booking a slot, enrolling in a coaching program, or using our venues, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & reservations

Slots can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, or through the Playo app at participating branches. A booking is only confirmed once acknowledged by branch staff. Please arrive on time — late arrival may reduce your playing time without a change to the fee, at the branch’s discretion.

2. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by branch and booking channel. As a general guide:

• Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice may be eligible for rescheduling.
• No-shows and late cancellations may not be refunded.
• Bookings made through Playo follow Playo’s own cancellation policy.

Please confirm the specific cancellation window and refund terms with your branch at the time of booking.

3. Coaching programs & academy partners

Coaching programs at Sportfit venues (including Rosh Academy, Clinch, Shooterz, Glacier Football Academy, Play India Football Academy, Real Madrid Football by Conscient Sports, King’s Football Academy, and Alchemy) are run by independent third-party academies. Sportfit provides the venue; enrolment, coaching fees, batch timings, and coaching quality are the responsibility of the respective academy. Registration fees and coaching fees, once paid to an academy, follow that academy’s own refund policy.

4. Venue rules & conduct

• Appropriate sports footwear is required on all courts and turf.
• Outside food, glass containers, and smoking are not permitted on playing surfaces.
• Players are expected to treat staff, coaches, and other players with respect.
• Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by misuse may be charged to the responsible party.

5. Liability & assumption of risk

Sports and physical activity carry an inherent risk of injury. By using Sportfit venues, you acknowledge this risk and participate at your own discretion. Sportfit takes reasonable care to maintain safe facilities, but is not liable for injuries arising from normal play, except where caused by our proven negligence. We recommend players warm up appropriately and use suitable protective equipment for their sport.

6. Corporate & tournament bookings

Special rates are available for corporate tournaments and large group bookings — contact your nearest branch to discuss availability and pricing. Corporate bookings may be subject to a separate written agreement.

7. Photography & CCTV

Our venues may use CCTV for security purposes. Sportfit may also photograph or film general venue activity for marketing purposes (e.g. social media). If you'd prefer not to be featured in promotional photos or video, please let branch staff know.

8. Minors

Players under 18 participating in open play or coaching programs must be enrolled or accompanied by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor’s behalf.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our venues or the Sportfit App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
